Each one made the way we'd want it made — if we were the ones cooking tonight.
Our standard
Before formulating any blend, we ask one question: would we proudly serve this at our own table? Everything below exists because the answer had to be yes.
The collection

The blend every Indian kitchen has. Few have one this balanced.

For weeknight vegetables that deserve extraordinary flavour.

Created because pav bhaji deserves a masala that brings depth without overpowering the vegetables.

For Punjabi chhole that holds its ground, not dissolves into gravy.
Most blends combine raw spices and grind them together. We roast each one to its own peak first, because cumin heated too quickly tastes burnt, and coriander heated too slowly tastes raw. You smell the difference the moment you open the packet.

For the fries that disappear before they reach the table.

For the street flavour that should work in your own kitchen.

Created for the bowl that takes patience and gives back something real.

Created because instant noodles are eaten every day and deserve a real masala.
Kitchen King earns a bad reputation for homogenising everything. Ours doesn't. We worked the formula until your paneer still tastes like paneer, your cauliflower still tastes like cauliflower, with extraordinary depth underneath.
All blends are roasted prior to grinding to lock in essential oils — never pre-ground.
Curate your kitchen
Choose any two or four blends. We pack them together — and you save a little on each.
Most people start with Kitchen King or Garam Masala — the two blends that work with everything.
