We want every meal you cook with our spices to be perfect. Your trust means the world to us, and we are here to help if something doesn't go quite as planned.

When We Can Help

Because our spices are fresh food products, we have to be very careful about health and safety. We are happy to offer a return or exchange if:

  • Your spices arrived damaged during their journey to you.
  • You received a different item than the one you were looking forward to.

A Note on Safety

To keep all our customers safe, we cannot accept returns for any products that have been opened or used.

How to Reach Out

If there's an issue, please let us know as soon as possible so we can fix it!

  • Timing: Kindly reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
  • What we need: Simply send an email to daastaanspices@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

Making it Right

Refunds

Once we've chatted and approved your request, we'll send your refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a replacement, we'll get the correct spices sent out to you right away at no extra cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
