• Quick Prep: Most orders are packed and ready to go within 1 to 2 business days.
• Weekend & Holiday Rest: Our shipping partners take a break on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or holidays will be dispatched with a fresh start on the very next business day.
• Peak Seasons: During big sales or busy seasons, we might need an extra 2 to 3 days to ensure every package gets the attention it deserves. Thank you for your patience!

Once your spices leave our hands, they usually find their way to your doorstep within 3 to 5 business days, depending on where you are in India.

• Our team will reach out via call or WhatsApp within 48 hours to confirm your order.
• If we aren't able to connect with you within those 48 hours, we may have to cancel the order. This helps us prevent failed deliveries and ensures our spices don't spend unnecessary time in transit.

• India Only: Currently, we are only shipping within India.
• The Unforeseeable: While we do our absolute best, sometimes things like extreme weather or courier delays are out of our hands. We also kindly ask you to double-check your delivery address — we want to make sure your spices don't get lost!
